Persimmon Jiro

Self pollinating. The Jiro persimmon is a semi vigourous persimmon at maturity, reaching to around 3 metres, with fine flavour, and good cropping potential. Jiro persimmon is a non astringent variety, which can be eaten when still crisp and crunchy, or left to mature to a soft texture and eaten late. Lovely Autumn foliage
