Viburnum Tinus

Viburnum tinus is a medium to large shrub, of large, rich green, shiny leaves that are dense and leathery. In winter, this evergreen shrub produces a mass of sweetly scented white flowers. It is an ideal hedge or screening plant, as it will block out unsightly views, creating privacy. Viburnum tinus is also suitable as a small specimen tree for smaller gardens. Plant in an area of full sun to part shade with moist, well drained soils. Once established, Viburnum tinus is low maintenance, frost tolerant and will tolerate a range of soils and conditions.
